Foundation Board

The  Foundation Board is the supreme body of the Alvoso Pension Fund and is responsible for the overall management of the Foundation. Key responsabilities are:

  • ensures that all statutory tasks are fulfilled
  • determines the strategic objectives and principles
  • defines the organisational structure
  • takes care of financial stability
  • monitors the management

The members of the Foundation Board are elected by the pension fund committees of the affiliated companies and are composed on a parity basis (with the respective numbers of employer and employee representatives being identical).

The term of office of members of the  Foundation Board is three years. Re-election is permissible. There is no restriction on the number of terms of office for members of the Foundation Board.
