The regular cost contributions are used in particular to provide the following services through our pension fund:
- Administration for the insured persons
- Calculation of individual pension benefits
- Processing of personnel entries, exits, salary changes and other changes
- Integration of vested benefit and other deposits
- Processing of advance withdrawals for the purchase of residential property
- Reporting to competent offices and authorities
- Division and transfer of retirement assets in the event of divorce or dissolution of registered partnerships
- Management of individual retirement accounts per insured person
- Management of individual fluctuation reserves and free funds
- Production of account statements and lists for the companies concerned
- Implementation of information events for the insured persons
- Individual advice for the insured persons
